Returns & Exchanges: All Sales Are Final
To ensure the authenticity and quality of our curated collection, all purchases made through ShopBuzzed.com are final. We do not offer refunds or returns.
In the rare event an exception is granted at our sole discretion, a 25% restocking fee will apply, and all shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, a flat $40 fee will be deducted from the refund.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing: Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days from our licensed California facility. Signature Required: All deliveries require a signature from an adult aged 21 or older. We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Failed Deliveries: If a package is returned to us after multiple failed delivery attempts, it will be subject to our final sale policy and restocking fees.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement or store credit only if you purchased Shipping Insurance at checkout. Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage.
Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that does not match your order, we will arrange for a return and send the correct product. If the item is out of stock, you will receive a full refund.
Order Cancellations
All sales are final. However, if you request to cancel an order before it has been packaged for shipment, we may be able to accommodate your request at our discretion.
Your Responsibility as a Buyer
By placing an order, you affirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that you are responsible for complying with all local and state laws regarding the receipt of alcoholic beverages. Title of ownership passes to you in California once the package is transferred to the shipping carrier.
