PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS SITE IN ANY MANNER, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO ALL TERMS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THESE TERMS, OR IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 21, YOU MUST NOT USE THIS WEBSITE.


ShopBuzzed.com (hereinafter the “Website” or “Site”) is owned and operated by ShopBuzzed, a retail company providing online sales of alcohol-related products (“ShopBuzzed”). All prices, product availability, and promotional details are subject to change without notice. ShopBuzzed is not responsible for typographical or pricing errors and reserves the right to correct any inaccuracies at its sole discretion.

ShopBuzzed may modify these Terms, including this Return & Exchange Policy, at any time. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website immediately. Any violation of these Terms will result in an automatic termination of your right to use this Website.

Headings in this document are for convenience only and should not affect interpretation. The terms “including” and “includes” mean “including without limitation.”

This Return & Exchange Policy is intended to be read in conjunction with ShopBuzzed’s Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Shipping Policy, all available on ShopBuzzed.com.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL

ShopBuzzed does not offer refunds or returns. All purchases made through ShopBuzzed.com are final. If an exception is granted at ShopBuzzed’s sole discretion, the following conditions will apply:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the order originally qualified for free shipping, $40.00 will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and handling.


FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If a delivery carrier is unable to complete delivery after the required number of attempts and your package is returned to ShopBuzzed:

  • A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from any approved refund.

  • Shipping costs will not be refunded.

  • If free shipping was applied at checkout, $40.00 will be deducted to cover shipping expenses.

If the package is returned in damaged condition due to failed delivery attempts or refusal of delivery, you are responsible for the full cost of the order, and no refund will be issued.


EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

Exchanges or store credit may be offered only under specific circumstances and only at ShopBuzzed’s discretion. Eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.

1. Damaged Products

If your product arrives significantly damaged, you may be eligible for a replacement only if:

  • You purchased ShopBuzzed Shipping Insurance at checkout, and

  • The product is still in stock.

If the item is no longer available, you may receive store credit equal to the purchase price, including shipping.

2. Incorrect Orders

If the item you receive does not match your order receipt:

  • ShopBuzzed will send you the correct item once the incorrect item has been returned using a ShopBuzzed-provided return label.

  • If the correct item is out of stock, you will receive store credit for the full purchase price of the incorrect item.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final. However, if you request cancellation before your order has been packaged or shipped, ShopBuzzed may issue a refund at its discretion.

A 10% restocking fee may apply to canceled orders.
