ShopBuzzed.com (the “Website” or “Site”) is owned and operated by ShopBuzzed LLC, a California Limited Liability Company (“ShopBuzzed”). ShopBuzzed operates a licensed retail store in California, from which all online orders are fulfilled and shipped.

Prices listed on this Website may differ from those available in-store. ShopBuzzed does not offer price matching and reserves the right to modify prices, descriptions, or product availability at any time without notice. We are not responsible for typographical or pricing errors. Continued use of this Website constitutes acceptance of any changes to these Terms & Conditions.

SHIPPING POLICY

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

All orders are shipped from our California retail location using licensed common carriers. Orders typically process within 1–3 business days, and most deliveries arrive within 8–10 business days, depending on destination and carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and delivery method. Every package containing alcohol requires an adult signature (21+ years) upon delivery. Deliveries cannot be left unattended.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details and verifying delivery addresses before checkout. Any address change requests after an order is placed must be made immediately. ShopBuzzed will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee them. Additional carrier fees due to rerouting will be charged to the customer.

PURCHASE OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES

By placing an order through ShopBuzzed.com, you affirm that:

  • You are at least 21 years old;

  • The alcoholic beverages are for personal consumption only and not for resale;

  • You authorize ShopBuzzed to charge your payment method for the full amount of your order.

Applicable state and local taxes will be collected where required. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by email with options to wait, substitute, or remove the item from your order.

TITLE TO GOODS

Title to all alcoholic beverages purchased through ShopBuzzed.com passes to you in the State of California once the goods are handed over to the common carrier. You assume ownership and responsibility for the shipment at that point.

SHIPPING LAWS AND LEGAL COMPLIANCE

You are solely responsible for complying with all state and local laws regarding the receipt of alcoholic beverages. By purchasing from ShopBuzzed, you represent that:

  • You are legally allowed to receive alcohol shipments in your state;

  • You have obtained all necessary permits and paid any required fees;

  • You and the recipient of the delivery are at least 21 years old.

By completing a purchase, you authorize ShopBuzzed to arrange shipment via a third-party common carrier on your behalf. ShopBuzzed makes no guarantees or representations regarding the legality of alcohol shipments to your state. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ShopBuzzed LLC, its owners, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your purchase or shipment of alcoholic beverages.

CHANGES IN SHIPPING LAWS

If your state’s laws change after an order is placed but before it ships, making it illegal to receive alcohol shipments, you may cancel your order for a full refund—provided you submit legal documentation confirming the change. Once an order has shipped, no refunds will be issued, as title to goods has already passed to you in California.

DELIVERY AND DAMAGES

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order. While ShopBuzzed takes every precaution to ensure your items are packaged securely, we are not responsible for damage incurred during transit. Our packaging includes protective foam and sturdy materials, but weather conditions (heat, cold, storms, etc.) can affect shipments. Customers may request a weather hold to delay shipping during extreme conditions.

Any missing or incorrect items must be reported within five (5) days of delivery. Please include photos of sealed bottles for verification if an error occurred.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ShopBuzzed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Website or purchase of products, whether under contract, tort, or other legal theory. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with ShopBuzzed.com or any order is to discontinue use of the site and request refund remedies as permitted herein.

Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase amount paid for the order in dispute.
