Wild Common Ancestral Espadín Mezcal 750ml

Wild Common Ancestral Espadín is an unaged mezcal made by maestro mezcalero Isidro Damián in Sola de Vega, Oaxaca. It is made from espadín agave that is crushed by hand with wooden mallets and distilled in clay pot stills, the traditional method behind the ancestral category. Wild Common bottles it without additives.

Sip it neat at room temperature or use it in a mezcal Negroni. 750 mL.
