Redbreast 12 Year Strength Irish Whiskey cask strength 750 ml

Redbreast 12 Year Old Cask Strength is a single pot still Irish whiskey made from malted and unmalted barley, triple distilled in copper pot stills and aged at least 12 years in American oak bourbon barrels and Spanish oak Oloroso sherry butts. It is bottled at cask strength without added water, so the ABV changes by batch, usually around 56 to 58.5%.

Expect dried apricot, sultana, vanilla and baking spice with toasted oak.

Sip it neat, then try it with a few drops of water. 750 mL.
