Description
Barrell Dovetail is a cask-strength blend of American whiskeys from Barrell Craft Spirits in Louisville, Kentucky. It combines whiskey distilled in Indiana and Tennessee, finished in Dunn Vineyards Cabernet barrels, Late Bottled Vintage Port pipes and blackstrap rum casks. It carries no age statement, and the proof varies a little by batch, roughly 122 to 126 proof.
Barrell lists notes of panna cotta, walnut oil, cocoa and chestnut honey. Sip it neat or with a few drops of water. 750 mL.
